The Summer Salon is an annual gathering for practitioners building thoughtwho take their work seriously and know how to enjoy the life around it. 

Each year, we come together for a mid-year reset and kick off the summer with a full day of connection, coaching, writing, and the kind of conversation that stays with you well into fall. 

The room is curated. The food is good. The day balances structure and space to create a mix of rest, work, play, and connection all in one day. 

This year's theme is The Expanded Practice. A day dedicated to exploring the full scope of what you've built and where it can take you next. 

Most serious practitioners have more range than they're using. You have a coaching practice, a facilitation approach, a consulting lens, a body of thought leadership, and the question we're sitting with this year is: What becomes possible when you see all of it together? 

We'll spend the day exploring the distinctions between coaching, facilitation, and consulting, where the new opportunities are in your existing body of work, and what your practice is ready to become at this stage. 

This year, we're gathering in Downtown Mystic, Connecticut, on the water, on the longest day of the year.

The day opens with Morning Tea — a chance to settle in, meet the room, and ease into it unhurried. Then we get into the work. Teaching, coaching, writing time, and real conversation. Keep your notebook nearby. 

In the middle of the day, a long generous lunch followed by a break to walk the town, breathe some salt air, and let the morning land. 

We come back together for the afternoon, and the best conversation of the day is still ahead. Then grab a new friend and head to dinner in the town, or back to your room and take advantage of the opportunity to make it an early night.
